One of the advantages of working for KSi Conveyors is the Humanitarian Aid Time.  Employees get the opportunity to share their time to do good work around the world.  We’re fortunate to have a few photos from a recent trip that a number of Kansas employees took to Haiti.

Ronnie Edelman (Production) and Eric Rokey (Production) took the opportunity to visit Haiti with a team from their local church.  While there, Ronnie and Eric helped in the construction of homes in an area affected by the 2010 earthquake.

This Week in AgriBusiness host Max Armstrong interviews Paul Kaeb on the recent developments at KSi Conveyors.

Here are some excerpts:

“As that value [of the seed] has increased, growers need to take care of it . . . KSi Conveyors especially has really fed that model”

“Because we work closely with the seed companies, it’s going to bulk to save the manual labor of handling boxes and bags and totes . . . with that we got into the automation and we control the whole bulk seed sites so that they have efficiency, one man operation, accuracy, we can sell seed by the pound, by the unit, or by the seed pound, we can control the treaters so they can put on the very minute treatments that they need ”

You can find out more information on the equipment from KSi Conveyors by calling the Illinois office at (888) 574-2668 or the Kansas office at (888) 574-3277 or by emailing sales@ksiconveyors.com. Further information can be found here on the website as well.
