Bulk Bins
KSi works with Meridian and Schuld to provide and install bulk seed bins. Both Meridian and Schuld bins are solidly welded smooth wall construction with gentle seed letdown ladder as well as manhole inspections top and bottom and a manual operated roller gate. Bins need to be correctly anchored and aligned, which is ensured by working with KSi Sales and Installation support.

KSi Bin Fill Conveyors
KSi's Bin Fill Conveyors are fast and gentle enough to move seed while maintaining seed quality. KSi can transport up to 6,000 pounds of seed per minute while using a safe operating belt speed (less than 400 ft per minute). KSi Conveyors are enclosed for clean operation and easy seed clean-out.

KSi Seed Handling Conveyors
KSi's Seed Handling Conveyors protect your seed quality at each transportation step. The patented cleated belt tube conveyor is the safest and most gentle conveyor in the industry. KSi Conveyors also move seed faster and at steeper angles then any other conveyor or auger. A KSi Sales Representative will design your Bulk Seed Site with the proper conveyors to move seed fast and efficiently.
- Divided cleat conveyor belt carries seed gently and at steep angles.
- Tube conveyor adds more strength and rigidity to conveyor structure and design, requiring less support structure.
- KSi Conveyors are capable of transporting seed on steep angles, which allows for more convenient bulk seed site layouts.
- KSI underbin conveyor lids have a ridge down the middle that allows the water to fall off the edges preventing water buildup and rust.
KSi Hoppers
KSi offers Pro Box Stands, Seed Box Stands, Scale Hoppers, Continuous Flow Hoppers, and MultiFlow Hoppers. KSi Hoppers are available in sizes of: 150 units, 225 units, 300 units or 375 units. KSi Bulk Treatment Systems utilize scale hoppers with load cells on each hopper leg, which are state certifiable and meet NTEP Standards. Either the new MultiFlow or stacked AutoFlow hoppers are necessary to provide continuous flow through seed treater.

KSi Automation Control Package
KSi's Automation systems are safe, accurate, and easy to use. KSi's AutoTreat 3.0 software is specially designed to transport and treat seed from your custom site. The AutoTreat system provides convenient seed unit options (request seed by the pound, 50 lbs units, or seed count units) and data collection for customer information for pickup orders and treater preference. An on-site electronic database contains all transactions information and can be used to create orders and report sales information all in a user friendly format.

Seed Treater
KSi's AutoTreat system seamlessly controls the Bayer RH-KSi-2000 drum treater to effectively coat your seed with chemical or biological treatments. Full integration between Bayer's KSi RH-2000 Seed Treater and KSi's automation system means fast and accurate treatment.
- Simple treater calibration using built in procedure and calibration tube.
- Standard setup includes 4 or more 30 or 60 gallon polypropelene tanks.
- Low maintenance atomizer is easily accessible for cleaning.
- Available in either 36" or a high capacity 48" drum diameter.
- Variable speed/easy start drum is standard and allows for mixing and aeration adjustments.

Link 2 or more seed pacs together for 300 units or more on a trailer, up to 6 seed pacs on a semi-trailer means up to 900 units. High Capacity Horizontal Underbin Conveyor w/ 5.5 Honda Gas Engine for a convenient central point of discharge.
